CourtReady is a proposed attorney-led legal services platform that uses technology to make family law help more organized and affordable. You choose a package, complete a guided intake, and work with legal professionals within a clearly defined scope. This website is a prototype demonstration.
Not unless your written agreement includes it. Most CourtReady packages focus on preparing documents and getting you ready. Court appearances are separate services that must be expressly agreed to in writing.
Each package has an illustrative starting price shown on our site. After an attorney reviews your matter, you receive a written agreement stating the exact scope and fee before any work begins. Prices on this prototype are not offers.
AI-assisted tools help organize your answers and documents and prepare first drafts. Every draft is reviewed by a person, and attorneys are responsible for the legal judgments in your matter. AI does not give you legal advice.
No. Completing an intake—especially this demo—does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins only after attorney review, a conflict check, and a signed engagement agreement.
No. CourtReady is a private business and is not affiliated with the California courts, the Judicial Council, or any government agency.
Not every matter fits a flat-fee package. If yours needs more help—for example, a contested divorce or complex assets—we’ll explain that up front and discuss options, which may include a consultation or a referral.
Yes, where appropriate. Optional add-ons, such as an additional attorney consultation or filing coordination, may be available and would be confirmed in writing.
No. Technology can make legal work more efficient, but it cannot exercise professional judgment or take responsibility for advice. That’s why CourtReady is attorney-led.
No one can ethically guarantee how a court will rule. We focus on helping you present accurate, organized, and clear information.
In a production service, client information would be protected with secure, access-controlled systems consistent with attorney confidentiality duties. In this prototype, please use fictional information only—nothing is transmitted or saved to a server.
CourtReady is planned to launch in Los Angeles County and Orange County. We expect to expand to other California counties over time and will announce new areas as they become available.
CourtReady is being designed to serve English- and Spanish-speaking clients, starting with a bilingual website and intake. Availability of Spanish-language services will be confirmed at launch.
